1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NSproWebtech ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NSproWebtech and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

All code, designs, and content we create remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final delivered product.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
Third-party assets used in projects retain their respective licenses.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the project.
Maintain the security of your account and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Not upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary code.
Cooperate with our team and provide timely feedback during the development process.

4. Payments & Refunds

Our payment terms are designed to be fair and transparent:

50% Advance

To start the project

25% Milestone

After design approval

25% Final

Before final delivery

Refund Policy:

No refunds after the project has been started.
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Monthly service fees are non-refundable for the current month.
All disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion.

5. Delivery Timeline

We commit to delivering projects within the agreed timeline. However, please note:

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.
Delays caused by client feedback or content submission will extend the timeline.
We provide weekly progress updates throughout the project.
Emergency fixes are prioritized based on severity.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSproWebtech shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Damages arising from third-party services or integrations.
Issues caused by server downtime or hosting provider problems.
Security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the service will immediately cease.
You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
We may delete your project data after 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
